1. What attracted you to work in this part of the UK financial services industry? Why do you choose FCA? What research have you done to help you understand if you are a good fit for FCA? 2. What do you think attracts you most about the project you have applied for? What do you think you will get out of this program? Looking at what the FCA has achieved over the past 12 months, what do you think has had the biggest positive impact on consumers? What are the implications for financial services in the UK? What lessons should the FCA learn from this experience? What do you think are the biggest challenges that the FCA faces in serving the public interest?

Question on behavioural economics and challenges/issues with competition as a new objective of the FCA.
What risks do you see arising in the market? What should we focus on over the coming 12 months?
Tell us about yourself.
No surprise, classic interview questions about background, skills and motivation. I called my contact in the HR to get a feedback but never received any. Not even a standard refusal email. I travelled twice from abroad to France for these interviews (at my own expense), which led to an overall negative feeling for this company.
