First round was a telephone interview. Comprises of general questions: interest in position; previous projects. Second round was with the President. This was also a phone interview. Asked some standard questions before focusing on previous research projects. Make sure you know specific details. Final round interview is an in-person interview. Great opportunity to meet the staff and ask questions about the projects and current position. More behavioural questions.
