Interview question (rough topic - this was a while ago so I don't fully remember): Explain what you feel are the highest priority activities/what is needed to secure greater community engagement in policy projects?
The interview was directly related to the information encapsulated in the Role Description. Specifically, the questions were focused on the focus capabilities outlined in the RD.
Two villages are adjacent to each other with a stream flowing from one and then to the other. One village is agriculturally prosperous while the other cannot produce enough food. Food Security indicators are measured in the two villages and it is discovered that children in both villages are stunted. 1. Why are the children on both villages stunted even when one was doing well agriculturally? 2. What actions would you recommend that wfp take in the two villages?
Can you tell me about one time that you had to negotiate something and what was the outcome?
They asked me about why I applied for the position, and a very practical question regarding the problems of Korean society's immigration policy.
