The questions were quite broad, ranging from the usual "what makes you qualified" to "how would you deal with X situation". Overall quite straightforward.
Why are you interested in the position. Describe a time when you implemented a policy. Describe a time you dealt with a conflict between you and a coworker and how was it resolved. Describe a time when you had to manage differing perspectives and interests. How do you build morale in a team-setting?
