An initial intake call focused on my background as well as interest in the company and role. A following panel slide presentation responded to a prompt with a follow on discussion. This gave me an opportunity to demonstrate how I’d approach a relevant EV charging policy issue. This had co-benefits of understanding what policy priorities SWTCH is focused on while engaging with team members on how I might move the ball forward on an selected issue in this role.
