What was is a challenge you've had to overcome in law school?
-Why San Diego? -What qualities should DA's have? -What are some (criminal procedure) issues you identified in the fact pattern? What defense issues did you identify and how would you evaluate the case? -Give the 5 min opening statement. -Given [new evidence] argue as if you were in the middle of closing argument in 30 seconds. -One of the panelists roleplayed one of the witnesses who did not want to appear at trial and I had to talk to them to get them to come to trial. They asked a follow up question after the roleplay about it. -If we could only hire 1 person, why should we hire you?
