Why do you want to work here?
Alongside with the questions I was asked to sell a mortgage. So it helps to research services, however, this was the one I didn't research much into and I laughed about it and said I'd studied a lot of other services further and he allowed me to choose what to sell (life insurance) and was very impressed with my knowledge. However, I received feedback at the end of the interview and this was to focus on the customers needs and not just knowledge and try to link sell.

When have you experienced poor customer service? How did you feel?
Do you have an alcohol licence? (This did not apply to my role but they had to ask since the post office was connected to a one-stop, I don't think it hindered my chances of getting in though since they said it doesn't apply to the post office much, so not to worry)
When have you experienced good/outstanding customer service? How did that make you feel? (Link your answer back to how you would show this instance of great customer service in the job)
