There were a lot of "what if" questions regarding workflows and time management. By the end of the second interview I realized that they were not actually planning to hire me for the position but were instead pumping me for ideas while they took notes. I later found out that they had filled the position with someone from within the company and had them enact all of the management conventions and workflow solutions that I had come up with during our "interviews."

Only they ask me when i can join. With straight salary hike. Because they already knew my profile. & it was twice.

Questions were about the salary and I think the notice period, very shot, very quick as if you can decide anything based on them.
