Actually, there is not interview. He just describe all the work I am going to do in Penn State and he asked about the situation about me. He needs two recommendation letter from my previous supervisor. And we started working together for the visa transfer.

Be prepared to answer questions during your talk since most researchers will interrupt and ask you questions during your talk. It's very important to maintain a good pace with your talk and keeping it within the time limit. So practice is key. I would consider the interview as more of a discussion than one sided questioning. The one thing everyone seemed interested is where I see myself in a few years time and why I want to do a postdoc.
