- How would you evaluate your performance? I answer it by looking at each task but what the interviewer wanted was to look at it from a bigger perspective, say, the overall success of the company as a whole.
Discussing my communications style and perspective. Making sure my values were in-line with the companies and departments goals, which is actually a great question to ask.

Describe your most successful event and explain why you consider it so? Describe a time when you came across some issues within the planning of the event...how did you solve it?

Pretty standard things but it was clear they didn't review my resume as they asked me things as if what I would be doing there would be a challenge and were surprised at my responses to the point I checked my resume after to make sure I did in fact put XYZ on there-and did. Be respectful of serious candidates time.
