For the role it was important to understand the diverse opportunities of communication within the market so I was asked what I would do and which talent/personality I would involve and why.

What do you think is one of the biggest obstacles the travel industry currently faces?
What travel publications do you read?
I only had one actual interview, but I was asked some expected stuff: what kind of car guy am I, what kind of publications would I target to bring more attention to Hagerty's efforts, how do I work in fast-paced environments that require multitasking, etc. Pretty standard stuff given the role and the company mission.
There were no overly difficult questions, just repetitive and it seemed like the communication between the different people interacting with candidates at different stages wasn't the best.
