Questions were very straight forward, without too many quirks and or surprises. The company does do a profile test for applicants in the final stages of the interview processes
Interviewer could not have cared less. She went through her list of very basic questions but didn't have the professional courtesy to listen to the answers (at one point, she started a conversation with another person in the background).

What do you think about publishing in New York, we dont like how they do things.
Unexpected: Who would you choose to have dinner with, living or dead? Strangest: observe us then identify marketing techniques. What they really were looking for are sales techniques which they were modeling only adequately.
