There were a few puzzles asked in the 1:1 interview but I found them quite simple.
What is your experience? Why do you want this position?
They didn’t ask me any questions. The hiring manager started talking about my experience and I gave her a summary. We then conversed about different responsibilities that the role had and continued with a very genuine exchange about healthcare and roles.
Nothing strange or out of the oordinary. Willamette asks behaviorally based questions. They will give you examples of situations and ask how you would handle them. It is important to draw upon past experiences and share what you have done in similar situations.
