Tell about a situation where you had a conflict at work and how you handled it. What is your biggest professional achievement? Explain how the jobs you list on your CV relate to the position you are applying for. Final Interviews: Most of the questions were situational. They ask you to talk about experiences where you have worked with a diverse team, how you have worked with people who have different opinions, how you have expressed what you thought when you disagreed with your team or your boss, how you have handled stressful situations, how you motivate yourself during those types of situations, if you have learned any skills on your own that you are proud of, how you handle feedback, and so on.
