There was an ice-breaker at the start to get to know people. But the interview mainly consisted of the stages they outline to you (the speech and story)
They asked me about my experience with school age children, and where I saw my career going. I had to prepare a story about Stallone, and the note I got was to speak louder.
Why are you interested in the role?
Salary expectations, skills in english, ability of public speaking etc.
