The exact questions don't really matter, I think. What matters is that all questions are based on the STAR framework and require you to think of position-relevant examples of situations from your past experience and explain how YOU (not your team) handled them, why, and what the outcome was. The interviewers did not seem particularly interested in my technical background or expertise as such. Instead, I felt like the interviews were only about soft skills and showing how my experience relates to what was written in the job description.
They did not come prepared with questions. One person asked me if I knew what a waiver of authorization was and after bring counsel to an IRB it would be difficult not to. It seemed like she did not know the answers to questions she asked and wanted legal opinions. Unimpressive.
