Many questions were asked and some of them were really technical that surely its not for System Support Professionals at tier 1 level job, but i am sure, we will get to learn a lot of this job. Hard ones were: 1 -How to create OU's in active directory. 2 - What are the security groups and security policies in AD. What do you understand of security groups? 3 - How do you link mailbox in exchange server. Simple ones were: 1.What is DHCP - How does it work - What are 169 IPs., etc. 2.What is DNS server and its function. 3.If you will receive 10 IT service requests the same time, which one you will prioritize and why. Scenario Base questions: 1. what steps you will perform if a customers calls in regard with that they are not able too browse ? 2. What steps you will perform if the system is not getting the IP address ? 3. What steps you will perform to see the system TCP/IP details ? 4. What steps you will perform if the system is not starting/booting. At the end they will ask about "from your previous experience give example about some technical issue you resolved for which you were really appreciated" You will need to explain, the issue which came in, why was it and how you went on resolving it. After all my answers, i ave been selected for 3rd interview. I hope i will get the job. Good luck to everyone.
