Recruiter was very generic, no tricky or behavioral questions, the future colleague had more job specific questions, but in general sounded not interested to interview people. He didnt ask any clarifying questions and didnt give me any feeling on how it went. Both interviews were over the phone, they dont use google hangouts like I have expected.

Interview will be more like case study to know your thinking process and depending on how you do, they will drill you deep until they feel satisfied with you approach. Again it will be based on the job they are looking to hire so be prepared to think outside the box and innovative. Most of the time there is no right or wrong answer.

Tell me about yourself Tell me about your projects Tell me about a time when you analyzed and solved a problem What would you do if two managers ask for your time in competing projects/deadlines How do you handle multiples projects/competing deadlines How would you handle a difficult client/team member Case One: we have x% of late deliveries and we need to get to y% (x<y), tell me the reasons why we have x%, how would you analyze the data to find out which of all those reasons is the cause. Case Two: we are developing an algoritm to help our B2B approach, we want to determine which of our customers are Corporations/companies and designer, what would you look at to determine which customers are Businesses, how would you determine which ones are designers and which companies, what metrics would you use to determine which clients to focus on first.
