Assessment Centre: two interesting and engaging group tasks (on-site); don't need too much preparation, just be yourself and be a good teamplayer - listen actively to other candidates, don't interrupt and contribute your ideas effectively to the GD. 4. Final Interview: competency based questions; barely asked anything about motivation or technical knowledge.
