Have I dealt with a lot of regulations and policies when I have done procurement in the past?

I was very surprised when all project members joined the second interview and the project leader challenged me in a way that he tried to justify his wrong contractual concept. I pointed out he was absolutely wrong and failed. Instead, I joined the much better energy company with the better compensation a month later.
