Every question that was posed, was presented in such a way as to put you on defense regarding your skill and work experience vs. the experience that they are looking for. Take this for instance: your resume' looks great. You've worked with Carine Roitfield on a shoot before, you're proud of this experience. They would figure out a way to make you feel like that experience isn't really relevant to what Art + Commerce has going on because they only shoot in the states, and Roitfield is overseas. Or you've produced an Anton Corbjin still shoot. They'll say, "yeah, but he does mostly movies now". And they'll use this method to dissect your entire resume', throwing out reasons that your experiences are not exactly relevant to what they offer and how they operate. It makes you wonder why they chose you for an interview in the first place. Its as if the purpose of the interview is to bring you down a couple of notches.
