There were absolutely no "tell me about a time" questions. It was more like conversations. One interviewer asked what my ideal job was--that was the best question. Mostly they all seemed distracted and stressed. Make sure to sell yourself if this happens! Or ask them if they have questions about your resume. I don't think they had time to read mine.

They basically ask you about your responsibilities on your previous jobs and than thry try to figure out if you will be on the phone alot as this is a telemarketing position.
The most difficult question to answer was when I was asked how I handled a problem I had faced in a previous work environment. It took me a few seconds to identify one, simply because at my previous jobs, the work was so streamline, there weren't many issues.
