All questions were typical: Why do you want to work here, What do we do. By far the most challenging question was to find 3 things that FTB does well and 3 things that they need to work on. But they are very receptive to your critiques, as long as they are intelligent.

There are competency-based questions to understand how you approach an issue & whether you are a good fit for the company. Why do you want to work here? Tell me a time when you managed rapid changes. Tell me a time when you worked in a team and encountered a conflict. How did you solve?
