I needed to showcase a strong case of Product Design that was actually related to the department that I arrived to work at Deel.
They asked about comfortability in sharing often and early regarding product design initiatives and my ability to manage up in a complex financial environment.

What did you learn while making low fidelity wireframes
The questions were pretty standard. We went through the case study (and prototype) and they asked questions about it.
Tell me about a failure you had and what you learned from it.
I was not asked any work relative questions. I was asked about life in general not the portfolio cases, solutions, and work experiences. It was more fun chit-chat than an interview, which was cool, and easy but later it shows as ly back attitude to work, and politics, gossip. Obviously, there was no design challenge. None of the Agile, UX Design, Lean UX, UX Research and Design questions were answered to me during my interview. Implementing design without designing, just copy and paste including required dark patterns. Highly disappointing.
