Face to Face Interview questions with the three person panel interview dove deeper in skills questioning and people management skills. Each person asked questions from a list, and then asked followup questions challenging for more detail on your response. For this role, there did seem to be a lot of questions focused on cross functional relationship management.

Mainly, what my experience was and how could it serve the new position. This was a new position (the subtopic itself) and it seemed that they also were not sure what to do with it, so it was a very relaxed interview
