They asked to join a paid training of SFDC costing INR 40K and then post the training they would evaluate this and keep you as a employee. She did not even mention about the package, role anything as such but insisted to pay for training. They do not even check if the person is capable enough to be onboard or not but should opt for SFDC training. The HR office did not even have the A/C, she had a table fan.
