1. The first project was all about finding ways to reduce or eliminate the time a Cottage salesperson needs to spend going to a homeowner’s property for the initial site visit and the GC Site Visit. 2. The second project was about planning the launch of Cottage in a new market
As a project manager, how did I handle a situation where a feature was committed to a customer that as the project progressed could then not be delivered within the scope of the project.
What do you like/dislike about your current job? Why haven't you left before now? Why do you think this job/this company is a good fit for you? Where do you see yourself in five years? Would you continue freelancing while you work here? [which they prefer you don't] They asked lots of pertinent example questions, i.e. give me an example of where you had to deal with a difficult client, manage a multifaceted project, make a presentation, etc. All of their questions were intelligent, well thought-out, and aimed at deducing potential on-the-job performance and company fit.
How does your experience and skill set make you a great candidate for this position?
Never got the chance. The recruiter stood my up with no excuse, apology or follow up.
