The Technical interview focused on the past role/assignment that was of relevance to the practice lead. If you are not making it up, you should be fine. Just make sure you can spell out the details of the work, and where you contributed. Again, make sure you can articulate clearly about your specific role on the engagement. If you were in a leadership position, you may need to clearly state the reasons for the steps/decisions you took and how you engaged with the various stakeholders. The case study was typical - the recruiting team should be able to provide you a sample before your interview. This is where your experience comes in handy.. depending on the level you are interviewing for, if you ask the right questions, you should be fine. Ask as many questions as you want, so that you can understand the scenario. Time goes by really quickly so they are looking to see if you can grasp the situation well and come up with quick 5-10 initial steps. The behavioral interview was the Director asking you about your career goals, people management skills, past moves etc. Very important to be clear about where see yourself in 3-5 years. They want to gauge your interest and personality fit for the Consulting "lifestyle" - cut throat, aggressive and career minded. They really want people who are focused on their careers, want to grow and contribute so be sure to show excitement about the opportunity. Outside of being qualified for the position, it is probably the MOST important thing you should focus on. Know the typical growth path and talk about how and where you will contribute to become a leader.
