What would be your strategy? How would you guide your team, based on this set of data analytics/results from one quarter and a few other data points likes sales capabilities, etc.? I was given a time limit to decide and take a position on strategy, which was hard to do with a hypothetical.
The interviewer needs to know what position they are interviewing for....questions were mostly on dev languages like java, sql, coding!!!!
