One Question They Asked: One of the most interesting questions I was asked was: "Can you describe a time when you had to handle a difficult situation at work and how you resolved it?" They'll check for the analytical skills but providing different scenarios and how to provide a solution for the problem. They will look for the customer support experience from previous organizations and scenario based responses, how team player you could be and your role to deliver services for the organization. They would share the JD but this does not specify the technical skills the candidate should to be acquainted with. Database , Sql and excel knowledge will be checked. The agent who gets in touch will give you heads up on what this interview would be based but it will be completely irrelevant when comes to the interview. Some generic questions would be asked about the projects done and basics of DS and JAVA sometimes. They are not sure of what skills to be tested for a candidate to take them in and waste their time with lengthy assignments and reject for no reason. A training of 4 months would be provided regarding their product and they still expect core developer skills which is not relevant to the job role. A complete negative experience and would be a waste of time taking up the assignments and would simply put a generic rejection email template after all the rounds.
