I signed an NDA, so I can't give my questions, but REALLY know your linux OS fundamentals (from high level concepts such as launching an executable to low level concepts like the different implementations of virtual memory). CareerCup and the Unix and Linux System Administration Handbook by Evi Nemeth were invaluable.
What are three weaknesses
Some of the more 'typical' STAR(R) questions to get you talking, they ask for concrete examples, and deep dive on some of the technical (troubleshooting, why did you make choice X/Y, what did that entail,...), and interpersonal (how you handled it). Behavioral/team-work Q; -Situation where you disagreed with colleague. How did you resolve this? -Any example of inter-team conflict and approach/challenging situation prev. workplace? -Did you ever disagree with manager's strategy? "2 case examples" how would you react to the following; concrete situation involving C-lvl mgmt and how you would prepare/react/... if put on the spot Motivational/values -What do you look for in colleagues -Mgmt style, manage careful or give loose supervision? -How would direct reports describe you? What about your friends/spouse?
