There weren't really difficult questions, most of the typical tell me about yourself and what would you do in this situation. One question that sticks out in my mind "What would you do as the Production Supervisor if you were given a task that you knew couldn't be completed in the time allotted?

Being a fresher you will be supervising were experienced operator, how will you handle misconduct from them
