They asked one technical question about a distillation column that didn't actually involve the distillation column, just knowledge about heat transfer in general.
Nothing really difficult....Questions like: Do you think it's important to work with team members? Explain a time you had to handle a crisis. Have you ever not gotten along with a co-worker and how did you handle it? If you seen a co-worker doing something inappropriate what would you do? and Explain time you had to solve a problem.
What would you do if you were to build a team from the ground up? What would you do different to ensure integration of the software in the schools? What metrics would you use to measure effectiveness and make changes? How do you lead, how do you accept feedback?
