What is your experience working with diverse students?
Scenario: Your new guide team (team of teachers) is dedicated to and excited about the ATI mission, aligned with our values and view of education, and they have deep expertise in their respective fields with real world experience to share with students. Each guide has experience working with young people – in summer camps, as parents, or through other endeavors such as counseling or one-on-one consulting, but only half of your team has actually taught in a high school before. What opportunities and challenges does this scenario present? As their Program Manager, what steps will you take to ensure your team starts the year off right and delivers a high-quality experience for students and families?
