Here how absolutely ridiculous the questions are. This is a sample from about 100 similar questions: "I believe people do the right thing because they... are moral or ethical _or_ they have a fear of being caught." "I spend more time... thinking that doing _or_ doing than thinking" (I kid you not) "When I want to get my point across, I sometimes struggle with... not being direct enough... _or_ being overly direct" I wish life was as simple as these questions presented but it isn't. We actively hate diversity of thought, and we need people who will do EXACTLY what they are told, when they are told, how they are told. ( is what im reading in between the lines).
