No questions were difficult. I don't think the IT "manager" was serious, or qualified for his position.

Since this company is primarily an Oracle based shop the hiring manager asked me about my Oracle and PL/SQL skills. The hiring manager also mentioned that workload in broken into three distinct groups: stored procedures/back end development (30%), web development (30%) and reporting (40% using Excel/VBA and Crystal Reports). There is also some SQL Server database work.
All questions were easy after clearing 3 rounds of the overall process.
