Actually the start of the interview process was that I was invited to take an online test after the recruiter determined I was cleared with basic quals. The test was animation and consisted of basic math calculation and pretty much testing my short term memory and process skills- A conveyor system labeled from A-Z that makes tablets,, what happens at B,,, if a tablet has x problem where in the process would that be corrected. This was pretty easy really,, nothing to be afraid of. I used basic proportions calculations (cross multiply and divide)
