We sit in the office, and the president asks me what I see myself doing in 5 years. I explain where I want to go... He then asks me three more times. He then asks me if I know the position I'm interviewing for... At this point I'm more nervous and very uncomfortable. As if interviews aren't stressful enough. He explains the three main branches of the company and we discussed where I wanted to go.
