Task 1 With the basic information above how will you organize your first 3 months to get a good picture of your role and how to structure your work? Task 2 A) During 2017, DW opened 18 brand stores in Japan; 10 of the stores are performing above expectations and 8 stores are performing below expectations. B) DW also has over 500 POS in wholesale channels that has negative performance compared to last year. C) In our official website we don’t see a negative trend in sales, but a negative trend in traffic to the site. How would you approach and analyze these multiple issues?
