There were no unexpected questions. Questions were about my achievements, competencies, weaknesses and attributes. There were also some scenario questions.
The questions were all role based and specific to opportunity. For example, "Tell me about your experience at X employer. Why did you leave your previous employer? Tell me your approach to managing people. Tell me about your project management experience at X." Nothing out of the ordinary or without merit.
