I really enjoyed the conversation with the CTO. It was more of theoretical questions than about black & white processes. Questions were more about approach
The questions were centered around my experiences and how it is a good fit for the job. I was also asked some situational questions and how I handled certain scenarios. In additional, I was asked about my management style and other questions to determine whether I am a good culture fit
