Describe your project experience.
They're really looking for a "package deal" so no one question stood out as being really difficult. It's very important to ask clarifying questions if you don't understand something. I made the mistake of making assumptions that weren't justified and should have been more assertive in asking for more information or for clarification.
Product Sense #2: What is your favourite product? Redesign it. Choose a Facebook product. Redesign it.
Tell me about your most favourite app that yet use and why? Facebook also wants to create something similar, how would you recommend Facebook do it.
What problem causes most projects to fail?
Our project process is broken. We are the testing team. We are falling behind, and we don't have enough resources to keep up and we cannot afford to bring on more resources. The development team keeps throwing more work at us and changes. What would you do to fix the situation.
How do you manage your time?
How do you come up with an "innovative idea"? For example, before the airplane people would have asked for a faster car, how do you come up with that airplane kind of idea?
How will you help an associate who is always late to office and never meets the deadlines. How will you protect your resources from Clients. How will you make sure offshore flaws are not visible to client?
