You are asked to sign an NDA before reaching the final phase, then you are added to the skype group with the directors. You never have a direct call with anyone, only one person from HR is who you communicate with. They ask you tricky questions, difficult to understand and then ask you to solve scenarios of what would be your day to day life at work. They promise to give you an answer "soon" but they do not. It took me 1 month and 2 weeks to go through the process, only to get no answer at all.
