The basket value for Uber Eats orders has been steadily decreasing over the last x months as we have been growing our number of orders. Despite the growth in orders, Uber Eats’s revenue has been stagnating, and we’re seeing early signs profitable (and high basket value) restaurants starting to leave the platform because their order volume is down. The head of Uber Eats has asked you to determine how we can improve this revenue trend as quickly as possible. How would you as a PM on the Uber Eats team help turn the tide?
