You'll take a C++ exam. Don't freak out just because you're not a programmer, they give you instructions on how to "logic" your way through it. Read the wikipedia article on C++ a few times to prepare.
During the online (non-technical) assessment, there was a section over programming. It stated that it was to test the ability of a person to learn a new skill. A little over my head since I had never done any formal programming.
I can't remember any out of the line questions - mostly relating to what you would do in certain situations or how you deal with tight deadlines?
What are five things you are not?
Where do you see yourself in five years.
The programming section on the assessment
None, They don't care to ask the dumb and common questions, 3 strengths, 3 weakness? etc. One question that was unexpected is this: "Name five things you are not" (can't use physical descriptors)
