Tell me about your current role and responsibilities.
Questions weren't entirely difficult, but the interview was much different than I expected. There was absolutely no small talk. It was all business. All questions were situational type questions asking for examples that were read directly off a piece of paper. While you talk, the interviewers will frantically scribble down notes. I personally expected a much different interview from a company like Northwestern Mutual, and wasn't really prepared for this type of interview. All in all, it seems like a great company with great perks, but unfortunately, I just wasn't on top of my game. Be prepared!
What's the most important thing for project control? Which system do you use for tracking the project?
What Interested you about this role? How are you supporting your professional development? (This was a first) Give some examples of when you worked with a great team and a not so great team. Describe a time where you worked on projects at your previous jobs. What programs did you use at your previous job? Basically really focus on giving her your project experience!!
Describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer?
How would you mitigate the risks of a potential cost overrun and schedule delays.
