Tell us about a time when you had to make a tough decision? Most all the questions were behavioral based.
How would you handle someone that's being negative towards you or the product offering?
A lot of "what are your strengths and weaknesses" type of questions. Asked how you've handled a difficult situation. Questions on communication style. Asked about a time I improved a process. They asked me what my five year plan or career aspirations were. No really difficult brain teasers, but some situational questions like "a client calls you very upset, how do you handle?" Questions were very straight-forward.
1st round interview had some promotions brain-teasers, so understand what the purpose of promotions are within the broader set of corporate objectives.
