How do you handle a situation when you do not know the correct answer?
It was not a very difficult hiring and interview process. The only somewhat hard part was a long case study that I had to discuss with the hiring manager.
No specifics in this area as the interview format is pretty casual and not well structured.
Did not have any STAR format questions. Questions geared towards hospitality, values, etc.
