Tell me about a time where you have coached someone who was under-performing. The recruiter shared the work week is 48-55 hours. M-F 8:30-6/7 and up to 3 Saturdays per month, in which I would have a different day off that week. Sundays would be off barring any emergencies. Asked about sales experience. Discussed salary - base $75-115K DOE. Bonus potential 40-60% depending on performance. Second interview: Microsoft Teams with same recruiter.
