I wasn’t really asked questions but was just told about the company and what they do. That they are buying 3 new properties (C rated properties) and that they go in and revamp these communities completely and get the ratings up to a B... she had me complete the job application then and there took copies of my DL and social security card and told me They were going to perform a credit check. The interview lasted about 15 minutes I wasn’t sure if I had the job or not I was never told “you are hired” just got a call to go pick up the drug test form, did that then waited another 2 weeks and was sent on offer letter via email. I accepted the offer, started working 2 weeks later however I quit a month in because they were not living up to any promises made, had to call the police everyday I was there was locked in my office for over 2 hours because of a crazed resident... they do not practice fair housing at all. Managment would not address my concerns, found out Management we’re discussing their employees with each other in a negative light...
